Learn Stand-Up – offense / defense (incorporate stand-up striking skills to initiate your MMA strategy or counter your opponent’s strategy), Clinch – offense / defense: (use as well as defend against takedowns and strikes in MMA) and Ground– Grappling (training with modified strategies that the element of striking brings to your ground game).

No GI Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is widely considered to be one of the most effective forms of self-defense and is a key component in the modern world of MMA. Known as the “gentle art,” BJJ focuses on balance, leverage and body manipulation, giving smaller or weaker opponents an equal or greater chance against larger or stronger adversaries.

GI & No GI Jiu Jitsu

At The Crown MMA, you can benefit from either or both training styles – Gi Jiu Jitsu teaches you to always work on grips and to stay technical in all positions while No-Gi Jiu Jitsu teaches you to not be over dependent on Gi grips as they will not always be available.


Anybody can learn how to Kickbox, regardless of age, sex or size. Learning to kickbox is fun and can be a great way to get in shape. In addition to the physical benefits, kickboxing helps improve concentration, provides stress release, improves muscle tone and teaches self defense.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a Thai martial art known as the “art of 8 limbs” because it utilizes fists, elbows, knees, shins, and feet as weapons. Our experienced instructors lead students through drills, mitt work and sparring to help develop technique and improve conditioning.


During our boxing classes, students will participate in various drills that involve delivering jab, cross, hook, and uppercut combinations. One of our knowledgeable teachers leads each class, guiding students through the drills and offering direction and comments to help them improve their technique.


Wrestling in MMA is a huge but often overlooked part of fighting, and it is particularly important when it comes to controlling the fight. At The Crown MMA, we focus on proper form and technique with emphasis placed on a good pace for learning the technique through muscle memory.

Kids No GI Jiu Jitsu

Jiu Jitsu is hard, but our kids classes are high-energy fun for students of all experience levels that focus on teaching kids the discipline and perseverance needed to succeed not only on the mat but also in the real world. Our classes focus on what each kid needs to progress to the next level.

Kids Boxing

Our kids boxing classes give your child the outlet they need to channel their energy, all while teaching them to be humble when winning and gracious in losing. Sparring against other kids quickly teaches them that you cannot achieve success without hard training and daily practice.

Kids Muay Thai Kickboxing

Our Muay Thai kickboxing program for kids will help your kid improve confidence, focus, discipline, coordination, social skills, learning self-defense, and positive values. Your child will learn proper Muay Thai kickboxing technique, self-discipline, and so much more.
